Schools Australia introduces Miller Technology High School in Miller, for all your education and learning needs.
As a technology high school we emphasise student centered learning and provide courses, which cater to the needs of all students. The school takes great pride in its strong welfare and discipline programs, which include comprehensive students participation and leadership activities, the maintenance of a safe and ordered environment, the wearing of school uniform and an emphasis on traditional values.
We provide: “a quality education that has a technology focus and is in tune with the changing needs and expectations of our society, so that our students will grow and develop into caring, responsible, contributing members of our society.”
For over 45 years Miller Technology High School has served the diverse and dynamic Miller community. We are a comprehensive, co-educational high school, situated in the south west of Sydney in a culturally rich community. Technology is a strength across the school and in specialist programs like automotive engineering. Microsoft Australia is our primary partner in learning and a strong supporter of school programs. In 2011 were awarded National Leading School status, one of only 15 schools across Australia to be included as a leading school in the prestigious Microsoft Partners in Learning program.
Welcome to Miller Technology High School one of the popular educators in your Miller area. Our aim is help you in your learning journey.
We endeavour to celebrate each other's uniqueness by providing opportunity for all and to develop a culture that identifies that the journey towards excellence is often paved with trial and error, risk taking, learning from mistakes, flexibility and adaptability. We believe that encouraging students to take ownership of the learning is critical in achieving the best learning outcomes and that implicit in this concept is that students learn their own areas of strength and areas of development, through useful and explicit feedback.
