Now in its seventeenth fabulous year, the Summer School in Film making offers intensive teaching in all aspects of film production on campus at Trinity College at the University of Melbourne. Each day or session is taught by Australia's leading film industry practitioners in the their area of expertise.

The course, open to aspiring filmmakers of all ages, is designed to cover the essential skills, basic knowledge and industry insight needed to make films, knowledge that would normally require years of experience to acquire, and will equip participants with the confidence, knowledge and skills to start a career in film or television and translate their own ideas and visions to the screen.
